Thinking about a kitchen remodel and wondering if you need a general contractor?
Not always.
If your project involves removing walls or making structural changes, then yes — a GC (general contractor) is important. They determine what’s possible, manage the process, and take responsibility for the work.
But many kitchen or bath projects are more straightforward than people expect.
Most involve a handful of trades: cabinet installer, electrician, plumber, tile, painter, and sometimes flooring.
With a clear plan in place, these trades can often be coordinated without the added cost of a full general contractor—which, these days, can be substantial.
That’s where I come in.
I work hand-in-hand with your trades — or can connect you with trusted professionals to help ensure the design is followed and everything comes together the way it should.
Good kitchens don’t start with demolition.
They start with a plan — and every great plan begins with a conversation.
If you’re planning a kitchen and not sure how to start, send me a message - I’d be happy to help you map it out.
