Linda designed and supervised the renovation of our kitchen. Her work was outstanding and she saved us big bucks compared to other estimates we received. Our kitchen gets immediate compliments by anybody seeing it for the first time. I have recommended Linda to other friends and they have been 100% satisfied with her services.

We just finished a major kitchen, den, office and half bath remodel with Designing Richmond. Linda did a great job putting the details to my wife's ideas of what the remodel would look like. She provided detailed drawings so we knew exactly how it would look . She uses sub contractors she is familiar with that do very high quality work. Her input provided the little extra features which truly made the completed project special. She spends many hours on the job site overseeing the work to make sure all goes well. As with any major project a few glitches come up but she resolves all of them. Both my wife and I work full time and Linda was very accommodating in scheduling trips to pick out granite, stone, tile etc. Linda is very knowledgeable about the various materials and explains why or why not it should be used. Linda gives you a timeline for the project which was very much on target. We are extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend her. We are planning a master bath remodel in the future and I will use Designing Richmond for sure.

I am renovating a house and Linda's guidance over the last four months has been invaluable. She is easy to work with and manages to relay her opinions, design sense and suggestions in a professional and friendly manner, without being pushy. She is pleasant, friendly, and on time for appointments. She listens to the ideas that both my husband and I have and is able to help shape those ideas into reality... even when the visions that my husband and I have might differ greatly. Many of her suggestions have helped to save us money and avoid possible future aggravation and dismay over decisions that we might have made that we would have regretted later on. When renovating or redesigning, there are so many decisions to make and the process can quickly become overwhelming and stressful. But working with Linda has made this renovation project so much more enjoyable and her design guidance has been superb! I would highly recommend Linda for your next project.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Designing Richmond, and are extremely happy with the final results! Working full-time, my husband and I could not have done this on our own. Linda Berg handled all the details of lining up the required resources, securing estimates, and scheduling the work so everything went as smoothly as possible. When there were unexpected issues (which are inevitable with any large project), Linda worked tirelessly to resolve each and every one. For large and small decisions, Linda's background, experiences and expertise were invaluable. And on top of that, she always brought a fun and upbeat attitude to our planning sessions, shopping excursions and the project execution itself!

Linda remodeled both our kitchen and more recently our bathroom. We were thrilled with both remodeling projects. Linda's offer very creative solutions to fit within your budget which we did not find with other designers.. She keeps you updated on the status of the projects and designs within your budget. She communicates very well the timeline of each stage of your project. She spends the time to understand the needs you have in the remodeling of your project. There were no surprises in our projects due to excellent project management capabilities. I highly recommend her for remodeling projects and interior design.
